Tasks automatically changed to "ready for validation" but nobody mapped the task yet #5576

Describe the bug In this task that I was contributing very often recently, I just saw that there are suddenly many tasks got marked as "ready for validation", but when I click them and check the task history, it does not show who mapped it. When I check them at OpenStreetMap, most of them are not completely mapped, and some even does not have any buildings yet. I tried validating one of them, but when I click "submit task", it does not change to "ready for validation", and it still show as locked for mapping.

Expected behavior This bug could be fixed to avoid confusion and tasks could be contributed properly.

Additional info: it can be get rid by clicking on an affected task, then click select another task or wait 2 hours until it unlocks automatically, then the task changed back to "available for mapping".

Checked it just now seems like the glitch has fixed. This issue should be closed, thanks.
