Error message not displayed when AOI file exceeds size limit during project creation #6644

Describe the bug While uploading an AOI file larger than 1MB during project creation, no error message is displayed, when the file size exceeds the allowed limit. The file is neither uploaded nor any error message is provided, leaving the system unresponsive.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Manage project'
  2. Click on 'create new project'
  3. Upload 'AOI greater than 1 mb'
  4. See error

Expected behavior The system should display a clear error message indicating that the file exceeds the 1MB size limit, such as: "The maximum file size limit is 1MB. Please upload a smaller file."
