Setting final scope for Outreachy and GSOC projects #114

Our final list of selected Outreachy and Google Summer of Code participants is now available. Over the next few months, we'll have four projects:

Ankita Khurana, Google Summer of Code, working on OAM API
- Mentor: Sean Harkins, HOT
Surya Saini, Google Summer of Code, working on MapCampaigner
- Mentor: Tim Sutton, Kartoza
Sunidhi Raheja, Outreachy, working on Tasking Manager API
- Mentor: Dakota Benjamin & Ethan Nelson, HOT
Ramya Ragupathy, Outreachy, working on OSM data portals and website maps
- Mentor: Nate, HOT

We'll use this ticket to post the location of where the final scope and outline of what each student will be working on.
