Document all the secrets required and any details.

Add some links / information on how to:

Further customize the osm-seed install by adding values
Adding more osm-seed instances to the cluster

Added docs on domain configuration and importing data. Will confer with @dakotabenjamin on the preferred path to add more instances and can add some light documentation for that. Closing here since I think the core docs are all in place.
