Re-Think tracing-guides home page #67

I like the current page. I'm thinking in the Main section we can add a description of what the site it. Also add another section or button in the main section that will link to the 'How to make a Guide' Guide

This might be something TeachOSM can help with, since we're advocating the creation of regional tracing guides (e.g. eastern Caribbean, Indonesia, wherever...)
