This PR will enable the replication process to process of Relations, generating MultiPolygon and MultiLineString geometries and keeping them updated every minute.

In addition to process Relations:

New tests for raw data were added
For indirectly modified geometries (ex: when a Node changes and it modifies the geometry of a Way) the update applies only to the geometry and not to other data like tags
String escaping was simplified
A stats test was fixed
