The research was collected with Open Questions which help me to see main aspects for creating a Personas. Due to the time difference I was able to contact several people on Slack and discuss this project. Moreover I used internet and social media, linkedin to learn more about my personas. My interview notes you can see it here (the names were replaced by Anonym due to the file open publicity) : 1.https://docs.google.com/document/d/1iks3QFBXO8eyrr6Zr4z31HCciNAmH6hp0SZdEs-h--M/edit?usp=sharing 2.https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Cs8LmTneYuNv7DYRI52MUqacFUlY8igt8OR_2rCYntg/edit?usp=sharing 3.https://docs.google.com/document/d/1igPdaSfb-EgwcL3xj9xAwFbreAb8hT-zBbpDa8zaZ5Y/edit?usp=sharing We can outline 3 types of personas who use Task manager constantly as a tool. Type 1 is Beginners, new users. These people cant be identified by age rather their work experience as engineer. It can be recently graduated school and new in this field, or people who switched from completely different field of expertise. Type 2 is Project managers. These people have already knowledge and experience, and contributing to gain more work experience, grow professional network and do something meaningful in own countries. Type 3 users are Seniors, most experienced. These user have expertise, knowledge and involved in community not only by contributing but also by attending Forums, meeting and have own opinion regarding their work purpose.

There are several things what unite the users , which could be potential to create 1 person (check an Empathy map) as Tasking Manager user:
