No privacy policy #598

There is no privacy policy, nor any terms of use, on rstat.us. Please write at least a good privacy policy, and adhere to it.

Yeah, I guess we should say something publicly; since this project was born out of Twitter being terrible, we pretty much assumed people knew. It's long past that time now. Good call.

Agreed. Just starting to think in terms of people running their own node-- we should definitely have a good default but each node operator should be able to customize this, especially if they're not planning on following our default :P
