Update email templates to use root_url instead of http://rstat.us by def... #660

...ault, added config to disable confirmation emails for self-hosted nodes , tweaked footer to use rstat.us for logo link vs '/'

Sorry, just reread the specifics. I changed the link because there's already a "Home" link that does the same thing. I figured the "rstat.us" link being set to "/" makes sense on the actual rstat.us site, but those that are self hosting would want it to link back to the mothership, right?

We should probably remove it eventually. We need to start emphasizing node independence. A good start on setting up some sort of environment configuration for emails though. We need to make the process of setting up the config as we add more of these fields a bit easier, as well. A different issue, altogether, than this one.

I think an email_config.yml might be in the works then. The Pony settings in the current config.yml feel a little too hard set without much explanation to other options or fallbacks such as sendmail by default. Granted, trying to make all the things agnostic to everyone's preferences isn't going to happen.

Wowww, this is way more complicated than it looked, sorry about that @tgraham, thank you for giving it a shot though :) Definitely easier to discuss with code!
