Adds a verify_credentials endpoint. Also fixes a bug I found along the way with rendering a user throwing an exception when you asked for an update to be included but there weren't any.

@carols10cents hmm, Travis tests failed in a weird way. Do you have any idea why?

Blerg. It's another case like the skipped tests. I hate this.

Merged master into twitter-api to get the heisenbug logging, then rebased this on the twitter-api branch and of course they pass.
