ttytter: can change base url; then tries to go to https://rstatus-staging.herokuapp.com/api/oauth/request_token for oauth #712

So we could move the oauth routes beneath api. I'd like to try a few other clients to see if this would be a good or bad thing for compatibility with others.

I suppose we could make both /api/oauth/request_token and /oauth/request_token valid routes though??
