Implement ActivityPub support #840

Is rstat.us still in development? If so, are there any plans to implement ActivityPub support? If so, I'll add rstat.us to the list here: https://gitlab.com/fediverse/fediverse.gitlab.io/issues/8

BTW Mastodon, also written in Ruby, has already implemented AP support, so it may be possible to share some code or at least get some ideas from their implementation.
