Short Description and Why It's Useful

Fixed product filter persisting on rule creation.
Removed segment selector from the create rule page.
Fixed fieldname for the ruleConditions being created while rule creation.
Empty state message in case of no channels or groups while rule creation.
Refetching product config on store updation while on rule creation page.
Used state for storing selected segment info to be used in different pages.
Added empty state for the rule execution history modal.
