Short Description and Why It's Useful

• Improved view entering hook of rules pages to avoid case when viewleave hook gets triggered after the viewEnter hook.
• Made popover to dimiss on alert opening.
• Improved the alert message in case of no channel/facility selected in the rule creation.
• Added the min value to threshold/safetyStock value input in rule creation.
• Added pageSize while fetching rules and inventory channels.
• Fixed selectedSegment update issue when navigating from store-pickup to threshold/safetyStock page.

• Validation not working on create shipping rule.
