Add support for i18n in all apps through dxp package #280

What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

Currently i18n support is given in the apps, but as we have defined a centralized way in Dxp package for handling i18n, so need to update all apps to use the Dxp package for i18n and remove app specific configuration for i18n.
