App version component does not honors the timeZone #284

Current behavior

When displaying lastUpdated time for the app, the time displayed is always in the browsers timeZone and does not honors the user selected timeZone

Expected behavior

The time displayed should honor the timeZone of the application

Steps to reproduce the issue

Can you handle fixing this bug by yourself?
