User can perform action on toast message despite the presence of an alert message on Rejection Reasons page. #491

Expected behavior

Toast messages should not be actionable until the user acknowledges or dismisses the alert message that appears in the centre of the screen.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Open the App and login with valid credentials. Go to rejection reasons section. Change the sequence of rejection reason to generate the toast. Switch to some other tab to generate the alert. Observe that the toast message is actionable despite the presence of the alert message.

As long as this is how ionic works we are not too worried about fixing this since it doesn't have a large adverse impact on user experience. @Adameddy26 you share specifics about the scenario and maybe we can think of a better experience if it's truest a big issue
