Multiple Toast Messages Displayed on Shipment Method Changes #661

Current behavior

Multiple toast messages are displayed upon changing the shipment method.

Expected behavior

Only a single toast message should be displayed indicating the change in shipment method.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Navigate to the order detail page. Go to the shipment method section. Make a change to the shipment method (e.g., select a different shipment option). Observe the toast messages.

App version : v2.7.0 App environment : DEV

Showing multiple toast messages for a single action can confuse users and make the app look messy. Having just one clear message keeps the app looking clean and professional.
