Implement store pickup option at cart and default facility display on PDP for ADOC

Description: To enhance the user experience and streamline the BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick up in Store) workflow for ADOC, we need to make the following updates:

Cart-Level Store Pickup Option:

1. Implement the "store pickup" option directly within the cart for ADOC.
2. This will allow customers to select the store pickup option from the cart, rather than at an individual item level, simplifying the checkout process.

Default Facility Display on Product Detail Page (PDP):

1. On the PDP, display a default facility option to provide clarity on the pickup location available for the product.
2. This default facility will be shown as a static display and will not be selectable, acting as an information point to indicate the pickup location.
