Filter stores by brand in Admin Helper App #850

Description:

  1. Currently, all facilities are displayed in the Admin Helper App.
  2. Update the app to filter and show only facilities linked to the selected brand.

Acceptance Criteria:

Only facilities associated with the selected brand are visible in the Admin Helper App.
