Add function to submit count for review from the store view #381

What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

Currently the counter view does not give an option to move a count into review status so that head office can start reviewing it. We can add a fab on the detail page which will move the count into pending review status

Verified the changes and are working fine in DEV environment of App version INVENTORY-COUNT-2.0-E3C3701. Hence, closing this ticket.
