What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

It would be useful to display timeline messages for the product's inclusion and exclusion in the presell catalog. This would allow users to see when the product was added to the presell catalog, when it was removed from the presell catalog, and why.

What are the acceptance criteria?

Can you complete this feature request by yourself?
