Remove line from the button on the PO details page #294

Current behavior

In the UI on the PO details page, we have buttons Receive / Receive and Close below which line is displayed that is not providing a good experience

Expected behavior

The line below the buttons needs to be removed

Steps to reproduce the issue

Go to PO details page (You can find POs on the central warehouse facility)
Check that line is displayed below the buttons

Can you handle fixing this bug by yourself?
