UI Inconsistencies with 'Receive All' Button and Progress Bar Color

Current behavior

• [ ] The progress bar color displayed remains blue instead of changing to the standard color for completed actions (e.g., red).
• [ ] The UI displays the difference between the ordered and received quantities, even though all items have been received, which may be misleading to users.

Expected behavior

• [ ] Upon clicking the 'Receive All' button for a PO received in full, the progress bar color should be consistent with the standard color for completed actions (e.g., red).
• [ ] The UI should not display the difference between the ordered and received quantities when all items have been received, as this information is irrelevant in this context and may confuse users.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Receive a purchase order (PO) for a quantity equal to or greater than the ordered quantity. Click the 'Receive All' button. Observe that the progress bar color changes to blue instead of red. Notice that the UI displays the difference between the ordered and received quantities, which is unnecessary when all items have been received.
