Previously Received Quantity Displayed Instead of Resetting to 0 Upon PO Item Receipt

Current behavior

The previously received quantity persists and is displayed for subsequent receipts of the same PO item, leading to incorrect inventory records and reporting.

Expected behavior

Upon receipt of each item against a PO, the previously received quantity should reset to 0, accurately reflecting the quantity received in each transaction.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Create a purchase order for an item with a quantity greater than 0. Receive a partial quantity of the item against the PO. Receive the remaining quantity of the same item against the same PO. Observe that the previously received quantity is displayed instead of resetting to 0 for the second receipt.
