Fetch returns only of the selected facility #349

Current behavior

On the returns page all the returns are visible irrespective of the current selected facility

Expected behavior

Only the returns for the selected facility should be displayed

Steps to reproduce the issue

Login into the app and move to the returns page
Verify that all returns are visible even though the return is not created for the current selected facility

Can you handle fixing this bug by yourself?
