Upon returning to the Permissions tab and reopening the same security group, the linked users link is missing unless the page is refreshed.
Expected behavior
The linked users count (e.g., "6 users") should consistently display as an active link every time the security group is accessed, regardless of prior navigation actions.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Navigate to the Permissions tab in the application.
Open a Security Group that displays a linked users count (e.g., "6 users") with an active link.
Click on the linked users link to be redirected to the Users page showing the associated users.
Use the application's navigation to return to the Permissions tab.
Reopen the same Security Group.
