Merging into main `turbo-django` package #6

This looks like great work! I was wondering if people think it makes sense to merge this back into turbo-django so that we have a single package with all the Turbo utilities concentrated? I can imagine individual packages for different features getting a bit unwieldy.

@davish see our slack discussion. I agree that this should be our plan but will require some stability.
