Fix sentence in Turbo Streams docs #83

Minor addition to #82.

@nielsbauman Thanks for the contribution. But I think this is really "Content Types". The Accept header lists the Content Types that the server can respond to, so I think using Content Types there makes sense, don't you think? I'm closing it but feel free to reply here if you disagree.
