The goal of this PR is to remove references to separate packages and combine all code under a single repository.

[x] Copy-paste Turbo + Strada code in
[x] Remove Package.swift dependencies
[x] Update references to local files
[ ] Rename Strada to Bridge
[ ] Remove code references to Turbo and Strada
[ ] Bring in docs from Turbo + Strada
[ ] Bring in tests from Turbo + Strada
