Remove "Strada" references #8

We should remove "Strada" references throughout the site, except for referring to the previous library/name on the Bridge Components overview.

The only thing outstanding is the reference to the JavaScript package for the web. Once Strada Web is published can you update the link?

Nice thanks. Yeah, still need to decide what to call the new repo and update the adapter, but I'll take care of these pieces separately 👍
