When navigating 'back' to a site with turbo drive enabled, the progress bar shows loading forever.

Replication:

Have a site with turbo drive installed, Turbo.setProgressBarDelay(0)
Add a link to /xzy that 301/302 redirects to an external site
Click the link (works great)
Click back in the browser
Back navigation works, but turbo shows loading forever.
