In my mind, I can think of set of prototypical user roles are as follows:
These aren't personas but they give us a starting point for creating personas.
We have some basic personas for Admins/Associates of different type orgs, but I'm not sure if I have them any more. I'll have to look. But this is a lot more in-depth and covers more scenarios.
I will work on it!
Good afternoon, I thought of these two personas for the project, I look forward to feedbacks :)
@dansousamelo I really like where you're going here! Please do make sure to write these in a markdown format as well.
Here are a few other characteristics that you'll want to consider:
Types of instance users:
Other Types of project contributors:
Disabilities:
prefers-reduced-motion
in CSS to get a sense of what this means)People from marginalized groups:
Other distinguishing characteristics
To be clear, I'm pretty sure you won't be able to fit all of those characteristics into all the personas. We'll have to be selective about which ones to include or not include but we definitely to be very intentional about it; if we leave something out, we should know we left out and why.
Any thoughts @clarissalimab on anything I missed?
Here's other ones I thought of:
Good afternoon, I made these personas, there are others missing, take a look, there are still some personas missing, but I will work on it.

@alnermcgunn made a very good point that Houdini's development process would be improved if we created and applied User Personas to create features. I think we all have quite a bit of overlap in our impression of what different users want from Houdini but this isn't formalized. This issue exists for developing these personas.
