On-Premise Version #292

Does Simple Object work with on premise, if so, how do you get the app to download?

It does not, it's using several cloud-only features that Microsoft has omitted from the om-premises version :(

We do have a few customers who has a cloud sandbox, develop their apps there and deploy on-premises, but that's not a supported scenario, it just happens to work in most cases (They use SOD more like a code generator)
