Add fields to Notes Factbox

Hello,

I would like to add fields to the Notes Factbox on the Sales Order page. Inspecting the page, I can see the factbox is a different table (RecordLinks (2000000068)) than the sales order. Page inspection shows the fields I want to add, but I don't see anywhere in SOD to add fields to this table. How do I add the "Notify" and "To User ID" to this table?
