Cannot deploy app after adding new fields to report and changing the layout #325

Hello, I am getting this error when trying to deploy app after adding new fields to report and changing the layout:

Deployment failed. Errors: App ID : 7c5fc435-9ae0-42a3-80f1-9c7b82dd3a90 Message : { Extension compilation failed ReportExtensions/SFI_Production_Order_ReportExt.al(3,18): error AL1081: Unable to update report layout './SFI_Production_Order_w_Link_Flush.rdl' for 'ReportExtension SODSFI_Production_Order'. Reason: File ./SFI_Production_Order_w_Link_Flush.rdl was not found. }

Perhaps I am not doing this in the right order??
1) add fields via Customize Report 2) Export the RDLC, make changes in Report Builder 3) Import RDLC image

4) Publish

Any help is appreciated
