FactBoxes (sometimes?) not added to list or card pages

My app has two “document” type features, and both have the “Add standard FactBoxes” options for list and card pages enabled.

On the list and card pages for the first feature the FactBoxes do appear.

But the FactBoxes do not appear on either list or card pages for the second feature.

The only salient differences I can think of:

• The first feature includes a “posted” variant of the document, while the second one does not.
• The first feature uses a number series for its primary key value, while the second one does not.
• The first feature was added a few months ago, while the second feature was added only this week.

I have tried a full refresh after the deployment, but that didn't affect anything.

This is on SOD 10.0.0.379 following the fix to #324.
