Hello, I was wondering if it’s possible to transfer an additional field from the Item Journal to the Warehouse Entries?

I'm not sure there's a connection between the two? What process are you trying to solve?

I am seeking to incorporate a note field into both the Item Journals and Physical Inventory Journals pages. This addition will allow me to append explanatory notes to inventory adjustments, thereby providing clearer reasons for these modifications. It is essential that these notes are also displayed on the Warehouse Entries page, enabling me to review them and gain a better understand why adjustments are being made.
