Add existing fields to pages and reports - no fields showing #363

Need to add some extended fields from customer card to a report. When going to the Add existing fields to pages and reports page, no fields at all shows up on the "Place existing fields on pages" list. Says "(There is nothing to show in this view). Watched the training video on this, and the list came up right away, showing all fields.

On a hunch, did a refresh symbols (even though we did it last week), and now fields are showing.
