Plan release 1 of simply_fit

Release 1 should include any tasks relating to the initial simply_fit rest API. Functionality:

• User creation
• Workout log entries
• Retrieve total hours from range of date
• Retrieve total hours from preset date ranges:
  • this month
  • this week
  • today
