Added macro to include images into document, like in html5 asciidoc back... #9

With this mod no images folder is required. All images are directly into the html file, so you just need to copy the built .html to have all the slides with resources.

You're welcome. I'm also working (but actually has some little problems) to fix the problem on page break (with the ifdef).

Actually your version works very well if you build a "normal" document with page break... but if you build a decoment that includes other asciidoc file, the page breaks are ignored. When I create training I used to create .asciidoc arguments files, and then a training .asciidoc file to include arguments I need... :D

The patch I posted on my fork partially fix the problem, if you want to take a look...

ha, I see, i have never tried including other flies in my slides ;p

I will wait for your PR tmr, then we can update examples and bump version number :)
