This comment got lost on a commit somewhere...

Everything written is good. I think we need to provide a link to reference material written by Home Assistant, e.g. how to code templates and anything for custom switches? We also need to organise the various help guides and trouble shooting guide into an order menu or list in README.md.

Also, perhaps we can add an extended set of examples like we have locally in our template_test.json?

I think you mentioned an examples/ directory to link to?
