:: returns as a public IPv6 address #13

0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000 is not a public IPv6 address. I believe it's similar to 0.0.0.0 for IPv4.

Thanks for this bug report. This is fixed in the 0.31 release.
