support non-default smtp ports #1

Allow a port other than 25 to be specified when using Log::Dispatch::Email::MailSender.

I work with wjackson and ran into this problem again. One way of working around it is to update Mail::Sender's config to use the non-standard port (though this is not an ideal solution).

I just donated $10 in the hope that it might help get this patch merged. That's a pretty small bribe. But then again it's a pretty small patch.
