Doesn't test under Travis #24

Hi Fuji-san, I've emailed you a few times but maybe it's being marked as spam. I'd like to set up Travis for this repo, but I don't have admin rights. If you transfer the repo to the houseabsolute org, we can both share admin for the repo, and I can set up Travis.

Hi, Dave, sorry to be late. I got your email about this repo at 8/20/15 first!

I've tried to transfer this repo to https://github.com/houseabsolute, but I've got an error: "You don’t have admin rights to houseabsolute".

GitHub says:

Users must have admin or owner permissions within the receiving organization before they can transfer a repository that they individually own.

So can you add me the permission for houseabsolute?

Joined to houseabsolute, but I can't transfer it, said "You don’t have admin rights to houseabsolute", too.

There are extra permissions required.

I think GitHub has made this harder. I temporarily made you an owner of the whole org, so this should work now. Once it's transferred I'll make you an admin for just the Test-Vars repo.

Yes, I'd like to make a "transfer request" without admin rights :)
