auth_exchange might not support the + character in passwords #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. Activate oAuth authentication in the code base.
1. Set your password to one with a '+' in it.
2. Try to log in.
3. See login failures.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Logins should work, they might be working already, but some testing must be 
done.
