User profile popover: cannot scroll to 'Last Seen'

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click a friend/user and open their popover window
2. Scroll (using the trackball) up or down

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected scrolling up to 'exit' the badges area and highlight 'Last Seen' (for 
selecting)

Instead I'm "trapped" in the badges area and have to use the touch screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest 8/30
Cupcake 1.5
G1 Dev Unit

Going to implement a new user info activity. This won't be an issue in the 
future.
