Support pulling in brain data changes (borg?) #5

Not sure if this would throw a hubot scripts for a loop, but it could support things like making manual changes from orc OR if the brain data is backed by a shared (synced?) data set (like a todo list that is getting synced into the 'brain' in orchestrate via ifttt or zapier). May be a bad idea, but ... will likely try it anyhow.

Would be especially nice if/after Orchestrate has pub sub for changes to keys.
