Golang:

Update from go:1.20 to go:1.21
Removed unused dependencies

Docker Compose:

Update minor package versions
Update Kafka from 5.5.0 to 7.5.3
Update Clickhouse-server from 22.8 to 23.8

The run guide:

Includes easy-to-copy code blocks
Provides instructions on connecting to the ClickHouse server
Minor fixes
