Is it possible to assign this system to my own script or it is working with only marzban?

What do you mean by your own script? Share the address please V2IpLimit is written for Marzban, but the algorithm is the same for all panels and scripts that use xray.

You need to get logs directly from xray then feed them into my script. Currently script receives logs via WebSocket from Marzban. So you need to change some parts to read logs from a file or another source
